Ghali is a finance and engineering professional with research experience at King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, Saudi Arabia. He specializes in financial governance, project evaluation, and energy systems, combining technical and financial expertise to strengthen Erudite’s fiscal management and support investment in renewable and infrastructure projects.

Dr. Sharif is a legal expert and scholar with a focus on energy, corporate governance, and environmental sustainability law. Holding advanced degrees including a Ph.D. in Climate and Energy Law, he brings a wealth of experience from academia, corporate leadership, and legal practice.
